- Order information. When you purchase, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not see or store full card numbers (see "Payments" below).
- Technical information. Our hosting and security provider may automatically log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and protect the Site.
- Preferences. We use your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme choice. This stays on your device.

Payments
Online purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. They handle card processing, billing, and applicable sales tax/VAT, and they process your payment information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our hosting/security provider, our payment provider, and our email delivery provider — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide support, honor your perpetual license and re-download access, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.
Your rights

Security

We operate from the United States (Commonwealth of Puerto Rico). If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
