Zemi dossiers are digital products delivered for immediate download. All sales are final once purchased, but if anything is wrong with your files we will make it right. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Because dossiers are digital products delivered for immediate download — and each file is watermarked to the purchaser — all sales are final once a dossier is purchased, and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We will fix any issue
Your satisfaction matters. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, will not open, or you received the wrong dossier, contact us and we will promptly repair or re-deliver the correct files at no charge.
How to get help
Email support@zemiresearch.com with your order reference and a short description of the problem, and we will make it right.
Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a purchase, please contact us first — we want to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
