- Information you provide. When you submit a contact or inquiry form, or license a dossier, we collect details such as your name, work email, organization, and the contents of your message.
- Order information. When you purchase, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not see or store full card numbers (see "Payments" below).
- Technical information. Our hosting and security provider may automatically log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and protect the Site.
- Preferences. We use your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme choice. This stays on your device.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and match the right dossier to your needs.
- To fulfill licensed dossiers and provide download access and receipts.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To send transactional messages about your order. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Payments
Online purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), which handles card processing and billing and processes your payment information under its own privacy terms. Reyes Financial, LLC is the seller of record. We do not see or store full card numbers; we receive confirmation of your purchase and the information needed to deliver your dossier and provide support.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our hosting/security provider, our payment provider, and our email delivery provider — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide support, honor your perpetual license and re-download access, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. To make a request, email support@zemiresearch.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and dossier files are delivered through protected, time-limited links. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
International users
We operate from the United States (Commonwealth of Puerto Rico). If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Children
The Site and our dossiers are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
